N°03What sponsorship means

You join Real. I'm in your corner.

This is not joining a team and handing over a cut of your deals. When you join Real with me as your sponsor, you run your own business under your own name. You keep your clients, your brand, and your commissions.

Sponsorship is Real's structure for how agents bring agents to the brokerage. You name me as your sponsor when you join, and in return I'm the person who helps you land: onboarding, systems, the judgment calls, and showing you how revenue share and equity actually work so you can build your own line one day.

It costs you nothing. Revenue share is paid out of Real's portion of the company's revenue, never out of your commission. The only thing I ask is that you take the move seriously, because I only want agents for whom the numbers genuinely work.
