The fear of moving brokerages is usually bigger than the move. With a sponsor walking you through it, most agents are fully transferred and running on Real within days, with their business intact. Here's the path, step by step.

From first chat to first deal.
Name your sponsor and apply
When you join, Real asks who referred you. You name Stephan Gauthier as your sponsor. The application itself is short and done online through Real's platform.
Transfer your licence
Your registration moves to Real through RECO, the standard brokerage-transfer process in Ontario. There's a form and a short hand-off from your current brokerage. We walk through it together so nothing stalls.
Move your active business
Listings and pending deals are handled cleanly. Active listings transfer or close out per your current brokerage's policy, and we make sure clients and co-operating agents always know exactly where things stand.
Get set up on the platform
We get you into reZEN, introduce you to Leo, set up your profile and disbursement details, and make sure your first transaction at Real runs smoothly end to end.
Build from there
Once you're settled, we look at the longer game: the systems I run, how revenue share fits your goals, and the equity side. The move is the start, not the finish.
