When you submit a form on this site (contact, evaluation, booking, active-neighbour alert), we collect the information you choose to share: name, email, phone number, your message, and any property details you provide. We also automatically log your IP address, browser user agent, and the page you submitted from, to detect spam and abuse.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry and provide the real estate service you requested. Stephan Gauthier will be in touch about your enquiry. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our database, hosted on infrastructure in Canada and the United States. Transactional emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue), an EU-based email service provider. Hosting is on Railway.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Functional cookies may be used for security and rate-limiting purposes.

Your rights
